Leaving school to move into the business world was very daunting, but exciting at the same time.
After leaving school I was uncertain about my future therefore undergoing an Intermediate within Capital Training Group was the perfect opportunity for me gain a qualification as well as gain experience within a working environment.
Over the last seven months at Capital Training Group I have gained valuable experience in a busy working environment, I have managed to build up my confidence and communication skills as well as many other skills which have improved over time.
After attending college, I knew that university wasn’t the right choice for me but I knew that I wanted to continue my education and gain further qualifications.
During the course of my Intermediate Apprenticeship with Capital Training Group I learnt many new skills; one of which was to communicate better with people, and upon completion managed to gain a Level 2 qualification in Business and Administration.
Since undertaking my apprenticeship with Capital Training Group I have learnt a range of new skills and my knowledge of how a business environment works has expanded greatly.
I was actually informed of Capital Training through a string of coincidences and events concerning work experience at a local job centre, I was fortunate to do so. These quickly set me down the right track to learning new and invaluable working skills. From the moment I started my course through to its closing days, Capital and my assessor were always approachable and ready to help with any queries I had as I completed my Business and Administration course through a Prominent Media company.
I have thoroughly enjoyed my apprenticeship with Capital Training Group, where in which I have learned many new skills and got a foot hole into the business world. As a result of the wide range of topics that gets covered in the training sessions, I have become knowledgeable in a lot of different sectors of the industry and have gained the confidence to step outside of my comfort zone and take on new tasks.
November 2011 was the first time Wimbledon Studios had embarked on an apprenticeship scheme. Not only did we have a great candidate in Chloe, she had a great support system behind her.
